Kaeser offers quality compressed air systems, comprehensive consulting services, and outstanding after sales support. We specialize in evaluating each customer's application and providing the most efficient and effective air system solution.We are seeking an individual to fill our position of Commercial Sales Representative for the Metropolitan Minneapolis area and surrounding territories.The selected candidate will:Be trained to use our proven 360 Selling model to design and sell our quality air systemsCall on end-customers in the territory to promote and sell air compressors up to 40 horsepowerUse a variety of Kaeser-provided sales tools to professionally represent Kaeser.Reach and maintain sales goals.The successful candidate's background will include:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsBi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish)A mechanical aptitudeProven time/territorial management skillsClean driving record (Required)PC literate, to include Google WorkspaceThis is a salary plus commission position, with an annual range of $80,000-95,000 (with uncapped earning potential), to commensurate with experience and performance. We will gladly train the candidate that meets most essential criteria.
