About the role
Yale New Haven Health seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (PA/APRN) for a surgical float across multiple services, including Trauma/Emergency General Surgery and Colorectal. The role provides flexible inpatient and perioperative coverage with a schedule of three 12–13 hour shifts per week, rotating day and night shifts monthly, and on-call responsibility within surgical pools.
