About the role
Part-Time Ticket SellerThe Bon Secours Wellness Arena is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of part-time ticket seller. As a key member of our box office team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while selling tickets for various events hosted at the arena. Your day-to-day tasks will include utilizing our ticketing system, assisting customers with their ticket inquiries, and handling cash transactions efficiently. Key responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service to guests visiting the ticket office.
Use the Ticketmaster system to sell tickets and process transactions accurately.
Address customer inquiries regarding events, ticket pricing, policies, and seating availability.
Assist customers with digital ticketing issues, including ticket transfers and account access.
Perform cash handling responsibilities, including issuing refunds and balancing cash drawers.
Ensure the box office area is tidy and organized.
Work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
