A national Commercial Litigation firm is seeking a skilled writer and researcher to join its team of seasoned trial attorneys. As a Commercial Litigation Associate, you will work across various practice areas, including partnership disputes, trust and estate litigation, construction litigation, and general commercial litigation. This role offers a unique opportunity to sharpen your legal skills, gain significant courtroom experience, and receive mentorship from experienced trial lawyers. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school2 to 6 years of litigation experience (includes time spent doing clerkships) Superior writing, research, and analytical skills Preferred but not required qualifications include:
  • Background or experience in affordable housing, especially involving the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program
  • Background or experience in finance, tax, and business entity issues, especially partnerships
  • Clerkship experience
