About the role
As a full-time Implementation Consultant in Audit, the successful candidate will work remotely to provide seamless onboarding experiences for new customers, ensuring quick adoption and maximizing return on investment through the Fieldguide Accelerator program.
Key responsibilities
Build trust with customers by maintaining engagement throughout the implementation process
Guide customer growth by creating and adapting plans that align with their goals and track progress
Advocate for customer needs by collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape product and onboarding strategies
Required qualifications
At least 2+ years of experience leading financial statement audits, including SOX testing and internal controls documentation
OR 3+ years in technology consulting or customer onboarding at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup
Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Demonstrated executive presence and effective communication skills with customers and internal teams
Strong bias towards action and ownership of projects from start to finish
