Payroll Specialist Are you a payroll professional who takes pride in getting the details right? The Gurley Leep Automotive Family is a growing family-owned business, looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team at their Mishawaka, IN headquarters. This is a fast-paced position supporting payroll across multiple dealerships and a variety of compensation structures, including technicians, commissioned team members, administrative staff, hourly, and salaried team members.
What You'll Do:
Process weekly payroll accurately and on time. Review and validate timecards, hours, commissions, technician flat rate/guarantee hours, bonuses, and other compensation. Gather and verify payroll information from multiple sources. Identify and resolve discrepancies before payroll is finalized. Work closely with managers to ensure accurate payroll reporting. Process payroll adjustments, corrections, deductions, bonuses, and special payments. Maintain accurate payroll records and protect highly confidential employee information. Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and related projects. Why This Role Matters Payroll is one of the most important services we provide to our team.
