About the role
Nuts.com is seeking a Director of R&D, Product Innovation to build and lead an in-house recipe development capability in Newark, NJ. You will create new recipes for shelf-stable snacks and confections, and develop private label formulations for wholesale customers, driving quality and cost improvements.
