Manager, Business Project Management

Provides hiring and oversight for team that focuses on: Serves as a strategic partner to technology leaders, providing end-to-end oversight of resource investments, workforce planning, and third-party spend to ensure financial stewardship and alignment with organizational priorities. Owns the processes, governance, and reporting that enable leaders to effectively manage budgets, hiring plans, contractor/vendor engagements, and funding changes while maintaining a trusted source of financial and portfolio data.Core Responsibilities may includeManage and track labor, contractor, and vendor spend across the organization, ensuring budget adherence and transparency. Concierge hiring and workforce planning processes, including headcount management, requisitions, hiring forecasts, and resource allocation decisions. Oversee third-party financial management, including consultant and contractor engagements, vendor spend reporting, and contract-related financial tracking. Maintain the "gold source" of financial and resource data, delivering insights that support portfolio, budget, and investment decisions. Partner with FP&A and leadership teams on forecasting, reforecasting, financial flexibility exercises, and budget optimization. Provide operational leadership through governance, reporting, and process management to ensure financial decisions are executed efficiently and consistently across the organization.Seeks opportunity to advance, automate and streamline departmental processes.QualificationsMinimum of five years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred. Previous people-leadership experience preferred.Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
