About the role
Will manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for Honeywell's Industrial Automation's Sensor Division.(HSS) You will build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers, utilizing your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee OEM technical engagement and supportSupport products and customersUtilize CRM Salesforce to manage all aspects of customer engagementAssist with applications & solutionsIdentify opportunities and manage momentum through the sales cycleArticulate and deliver the Honeywell value propositionManage and plan accountsNegotiate and close supplier contracts and new opportunitiesEstablish rapport with customersExpect 50% travel by vehicleYOU MUST HAVEExperience in a sales or account management related field3-5 Years Experience selling technical solutions direct to customers or through distribution channelsWE VALUESensor sales experienceExperience managing a multi-state territory.Bachelor's DegreeExcellent communication skillsAbility to influence at varying levels across the organizationAbility to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environmentProactive, self-starter personality with results-oriented attitudeStrong capability in consultative selling: identifying opportunities, delivering value proposition, negotiating, and closingExperience with SalesforceThe annual base salary range for this position is $71,600 - $89,500.
