About the role
AAPC seeks a Florida-licensed ED Coder with 2+ years of experience in trauma and teaching university health systems. This full-time role supports remote work during standard business hours with focus on accurate coding for diagnoses and procedures, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines. Responsibilities include reviewing medical records, abstracting data, sequencing diagnoses and procedures, and ensuring compliance for proper reimbursement. EPIC and 3M 360 CAC experience preferred.
