About the role

Xylem is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead two Holland, Michigan facilities serving ~250 employees. You will manage a small team of two Manufacturing Engineers, partner with Operations and Product Design Engineering to improve manufacturability and drive capital projects. You will champion Lean, safety, quality, and cost improvements, oversee CAPEX planning and execution, and mentor engineering staff while ensuring smooth product introductions and manufacturing
