About the role
Bend, ORG.A. Rogers, central Oregon top rated professional recruiting firm, has an opening for an experienced Staff or Senior Accountant. This role is supporting a team with reporting, financial analysis, complex reconciliations and compliance with GAAP and ASC standards.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with GAAP. Lead the development of supporting work papers and schedules for internal and external reporting Perform and review complex general ledger account reconciliations, including intercompany transactions, credit facilities, borrowing arrangements, and valuation accounts. Prepare supporting documentation for complex calculations, including deferred compensation, revenue recognition, and insurance accounting, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.+ more
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret financial data and variances
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
