About the role

Mortgage Connect, LP is seeking a Title Examiner to work remotely and independently in a fast-paced environment. You will search public records and examine titles to determine the legal condition of residential properties. The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and timely delivery of title commitments. Required include 5+ years of title search experience with refinance/resale and California experience, along with strong customer service and typing (55 WPM).
