Outbound Shipping Lead

Responsibilities: Prioritize and complete tasks according to business priority. Pick/ Pack Experience Outbound Shipping Experience a must Utilize multiple internally and client facing software programs to manage stock and process flow. Perform work on multiple projects simultaneously, with a high level of detail. Maintain accurate inventory levels. Work independently and as part of a team. Experience with FBA, FBM, D2C, B2BQualifications High School Diploma or GEDMin. 2 years of experience within a warehouse fulfillment environment, working as a lead or similar role requiring self-direction Ability to make effective decisions in an appropriate manner Positive attitude Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to multitask Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to interact with the public, customers, and co-workers in a professional manner Ability to work independently as well as within a team Ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive motions while standing, for long periods of time Missing something?
