Innovas in the United States is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support contract operations, legal operations, and governance across the organization. You will ensure contracts and corporate records are organized, compliant, and efficiently managed while supporting growth. The role acts as liaison between business and outside counsel, coordinating reviews, managing workflows, and supporting NDAs, licensing, and governance activities.
