About the role
We are in search of a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Atlanta As an Indian Office Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring that it runs smoothly Your role will involve managing administrative tasks coordinating with various departments and providing support to our team
Responsibilities Manage and organize office operations including scheduling appointments answering calls and emails and maintaining office supplies
Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
Keep track of employee attendance and leave requests
Assist in recruitment processes by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
Prepare reports and presentations as needed
Handle confidential information with discretion
Provide support to team members as needed
Requirements Must be fluent in English
Previous experience in office management or administration preferred
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary $1000 per month
Location Atlanta USA Preference for Indian national
