As aplayer‑coach, you’ll shape the 3PL sales strategy, manage a small team, and drive growth through bothnew business acquisitionandexpansion of existing accounts.
What You’ll Do:
Define and execute a third‑party logistics (3PL)‑focused sales and partnership strategy. Lead by example: manage a small team while directly engaging in complex deals. Build and expand strategic customer relationships. Negotiate and close multi‑stakeholder agreements. Align sales strategy with operational execution. Deliver against ambitious revenue goals while shaping long‑term growth.
What We’re Looking For:
8+years of progressively senior commercial leadership experience. Strong background intransportation, logistics, or warehousing(3PL experience highly valued).Proven success leading teams while selling at the executive level.
