Customer Care AdminThe Customer Care Admin is responsible for providing support to the Customer Care and remote Account Management team.
Schedule: 7:30am - 4:00pm M-FEssential Job Functions:
The list of essential functions, as outlined herein, is intended to be representative of the tasks performed within this classification. Print job notes, art sheets and/or old art proofs and turn in to the prepress department on behalf of the remote account managers and customer care team. Move tickets to the planning teams with signed art proofs, job notes, color target on behalf of the remote account managers and customer care team. Print and hand in data forms to the personalization team on behalf of the remote account managers and customer care team. Ship out customer collateral including, but not limited to: test cards, hard copy proofs, color samples, first cases, finished production samples on behalf of the remote account managers and customer care team. Process virtual first case forms as they are completed by the personalization team. Process fulfillment order requests from customers through the company's ERP system. Emptying completed production tickets and archiving the physical paperwork in a clean and organized manner Other duties as assigned by the Customer Care manager.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel)
  • Strong written, verbal, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a strong sense of urgency
  • Work well independently and within a team
  • Customer focused
