About the role

To support data-driven insights, the part-time Research Analyst and Scientific Communications Specialist will conduct quantitative analyses on patient datasets and translate findings into compelling communications materials for various audiences in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Conduct quantitative analyses on Novellia's patient datasets, collaborating with the solutions team for methodological support Harmonize and manipulate data from multiple sources to address research questions Translate analytical findings into scientific communications materials such as white papers, abstracts, and media summaries Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a data-intensive role within healthcare, life sciences, or a related field Strong technical skills in data analysis and manipulation, including proficiency in R and Python Advanced proficiency in using AI tools for biostatistical analysis Experience harmonizing large, complex datasets across multiple sources Excellent scientific writing skills with the ability to communicate findings to non-specialist audiences
