About the role
- Serve as the ongoing owner for all of Meta's operational renewable energy contract requirements
- Create, maintain, update and track documents and data related to renewable energy projects
- Track counterparty compliance with contract deliverables
- Review invoicing and reporting for renewable energy project contracts, and ensure that RECs, costs and project performance are consistent with contract terms and conditions
- Respond to counterparty inquiries and manage contract amendments, collateral, force majeure claims, and other issues, as needed
- Manage approval and signature process for contract documents after execution
- Surface and resolve issues in ongoing contracts and project operations
- Coordinate with legal counsel, finance, accounting, purchasing, accounts payable/receivable and other key stakeholders
- 8+ years of experience in clean energy contracts and/or asset management, renewable energy origination, or energy project operations
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems
- Experience communicating complex contractual and technical issues to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., through executive summaries, briefing documents, or status reports)
- Proven experience managing operational utility-scale generation and storage assets
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Experience developing portfolio-level reporting and dashboards
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Public Compensation:$132,000/year to $188,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
