- Internwithin our Risk & Payments Department.
- This role focuses on having an investigative eye, collecting information and using logic to solve abstract problems and is a key part of growing our business and serving the purchasing needs of foodservice professionals worldwide.
Responsibilities:
As an E-Commerce Fraud Prevention Internyou will:
Analyze incoming orders to spot trends and prevent fraudulent orderattempts
Communicate empathetically with cardholders to confirm orderauthenticity
Make and execute decisions regarding validity oforders
Measure, track, and communicate data on fraudulent attempts and chargebacks on a regular basis
Work cooperatively with other Fraud Prevention Consultants to recognize trends and update systemaccordingly
Evaluate current processes and suggest any appropriate improvements to increase efficiency, reduce loss, and enhance the customerexperience
