Key responsibilities include: designing benefits plans, strategy support, renewals, benchmarking, and compliance.building and managing relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and technical expertise.managing engagement risks, financial performance, and advising clients on benefits strategies.participating in market activities and maintaining professional integrity. Additional duties for Senior Associate:project management supportcoordinating work across officesguiding staff.
Qualifications: minimum one year (Associate) or three years (Senior Associate) experience in employer benefit strategies, with consulting preferred. Bachelor’s degree required; strong analytical, communication, and project management skills mandated. Ability to prioritize, work efficiently, and manage multiple projects in a team environment. Willingness to travel up to 25% and work at client sites. Additional leadership skills are preferred for Senior Associate. This position emphasizes professionalism, technical proficiency, and client relationship management to deliver innovative benefits solutions.
