Build the applications that power our business. Join our IT team as a Software Developer, where you'll design, build, and support applications that keep critical business functions running smoothly. You'll work closely with fellow developers and business users, turning real-world problems into elegant technical solutions — and your work will have a direct, visible impact on how the organization operates.
What You’ll Do:
- Build & innovate— Develop and enhance business applications using C#, .NET, and modern web frameworks
- Design thoughtfully— Create use cases, sequence diagrams, and other artifacts to guide solid requirements
- Solve real problems— Troubleshoot complex issues and provide hands‑on support for key business systems
- Collaborate widely— Partner with vendors, internal teams, and fellow developers on systems analysis and design
- Know the business— Get close to the end users you're building for, so the software actually fits how they work
- What You Bring5–8 years of software development experience (or a Bachelor's degree plus equivalent experience)A sharp problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure
- Great communication skills — equally comfortable with engineers and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have:
Experience with ES6, RxJS, NgRx, Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Docker/Kubernetes, Azure (ASB, APIM, AAC), KendoUI, SignalR, Service Fabric, or Figma. MCSD certification is a plus, not a requirement. Why You’ll Like It Here
