Job Description: Position: Inside Sales Representative
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager Classification: Full-Time/Non-Exempt
Starting Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 plus potential monthly bonus ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:·Receive and respond to customer requests for quotes and sales orders in a timely manner.·Process customer orders into the Company’s computer system.·Review Sales Orders and Quotations for accuracy.·Utilize a phone, computer, copy machine and fax machine as needed.·Have good phone and email etiquette.·Provide excellent customer assistance.·Assist the department with other tasks as needed.·Be dependable and have good attendance. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:·3+ years of telephone-based customer service experience.·Proficient in math and measurements.·Have professional written and verbal communications.·Must be fluent in English.\nCompany
