About the role

Job TitleStripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the Team: The Solutions Architecture (SA) Transformation team makes focused global investments that turn SA strategy and innovation into scalable capabilities—elevating technical excellence and compounding impact for SAs, users, and Stripe. We partner with global SA leadership, GTM, Product, and Engineering to bring strategy to life, develop better ways for SAs to work, and scale promising innovation from the field. We combine field and user insight, disciplined experimentation, and emerging technology to build durable capabilities that raise the bar for the global SA organization. The team combines transformation program leadership with close, matrixed partnerships across AI Engineering and Demo Engineering. This leader will directly manage the team's program-management leader and bring these groups together around shared priorities, clear operating mechanisms, and measurable outcomes.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
