Job Description: A day in this role You start with a quick huddle, review metric-based drawings, gather hardware, and map out the build sequence. Through the morning, you verify millimeter measurements with a metric tape, assemble subcomponents, and keep the workspace tight using 5S. After lunch, you finish pre-assembly work, submit pallet sizes to packaging so downstream steps stay on schedule, and collaborate with the team to ensure orders hit their expected ship dates. If something blocks progress, you loop in the Team Lead or Management and suggest improvements. By day’s end, assigned orders are on track within the planned timeline, excluding delays from design or vendors. Responsibilities you’ll own Use metric tape (millimeters) to take and verify precise measurements. Interpret technical drawings and troubleshoot build questions as they arise. Partner with teammates to complete customer orders by their promised ship dates. Finish assigned builds within the allocated window (excluding design/vendor-related delays).Assemble products across Levels 1–3 aligned to your training and experience. Perform pre-assembly tasks to accelerate final builds. Submit accurate pallet sizes to packaging in a timely manner to maintain production flow. Maintain daily organization and cleanliness using 5S principles. Escalate issues to the Team Lead/Management quickly and clearly. Offer feedback that strengthens process quality and efficiency. Follow all company policies, including attendance, time off, uniform, shoes, and safety.
