The Role:
The company is seeking a Commissioning Engineer to lead commissioning and engineering projects from concept through construction.
Lead commissioning and engineering projects.
Manage project scope, schedules, and deliverables.
Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and project teams.
Lead commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
Conduct site visits, functional testing, troubleshooting, and field investigations.
Support client relationships and business development.
Mentor junior engineers and project staff.
Travel: Approximately 25–50%, with projects across the US.The Requirements
Minimum 3+ years' experience in MEP consulting, commissioning, or related engineering. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Experience with complex mechanical/building systems. Strong HVAC knowledge; plumbing/electrical experience beneficial. Project coordination or project management experience. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and directly with clients. PE, CxA, CxP, BCxP, or LEED credentials are preferred.
