About the role
- Review incoming manifest paperwork for accuracy.
- Enter manifest data into computer systems, verifying DOT descriptions and RCRA hazardous waste codes.
- Create labels for waste containers using computer?based tracking tools.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve discrepancies.
- Receive bulk loads and prepare rejection manifests or related paperwork when needed.
- Maintain organized digital and physical waste shipment files.
- Mail TSDF?signed waste manifests back to generators.
- Scan and upload billing documents and shipment records to the EPA/E?Manifest system.
- Upload shipment information into internal management systems.
- Sign manifest paperwork to support truck releases and distribute copies appropriately.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Do you have what it takes?
- High school diploma or equivalent experience. Comfortable using computers and technology. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to safety and accuracy in all tasks.
