Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PMNo call required (preferred)Practice Setting: Outpatient headache center Support Staff: MA, nurse, front desk Patient Volume & Care: patients/day New consults and follow-ups for migraine/headache Procedures: Botox injections Occipital nerve block injections
Requirements:
Physician (MD/DO)Headache fellowship required Experience with migraine management and injection therapies
