As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead day-to-day operations by supporting team members, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and meet operational goals.
Oversee shift operations and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Support staffing needs by assigning duties, providing coaching, and assisting with training and development.
Monitor service quality, resolve guest concerns, and create a positive customer experience.
Ensure adherence to all food safety, sanitation, health, and safety regulations.
Conduct opening, closing, and shift change procedures accurately and efficiently.
Assist with inventory management, product ordering, receiving, stocking, and merchandising as needed.
Maintain proper cash handling procedures and support accurate register operations.
Monitor labor, productivity, and operational performance to achieve business objectives.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for guests and employees.
Communicate effectively with management regarding operational issues, staffing concerns, and business opportunities.
Lead by example and promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and guest-focused service.
