This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a diverse caseload from intake through resolution.
Requirements: Extensive claims negotiation experience Experience negotiating settlements on behalf of personal injury plaintiffs is strongly preferred. Candidates with insurance carrier claims negotiation experience will also be considered. Proven ability to negotiate favorable settlements and assist with moving cases efficiently toward resolution.
