Technology Change Management & Communications Specialist 100% Onsite | Glendale, Arizona Corner Stone Technology Talent Services is seeking an experienced Technology Change Management & Communications Specialist to support enterprise technology, digital transformation, and business improvement initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of technology, organizational change management, communications, training, and user adoption. We are looking for someone who understands that a successful technology implementation goes beyond deploying a new system—the organization must prepare its people, communicate the impact, equip users with the right knowledge, and measure whether the change is actually being adopted. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, digital workplace initiatives, Microsoft 365, AI-enabled solutions, business applications, process transformation, or similar organizational change programs. This is not simply a corporate communications position. The strongest candidate will have demonstrated experience building and executing change management strategies for technology-driven transformation.
What You’ll Do: Technology Change Management & Adoption Develop and execute change management strategies supporting technology and business transformation initiatives. Conduct stakeholder, change-impact, and organizational-readiness assessments. Identify adoption risks, organizational barriers, and potential resistance to change. Create project-specific change management, communication, engagement, training, and adoption plans. Partner with project managers and technical teams to integrate change activities into overall implementation plans and timelines. Support employees and business teams before, during, and after technology deployments. Develop reinforcement and sustainment strategies that encourage long-term adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working. Help project teams move from successful technical deployment to successful organizational adoption. Communications & Stakeholder Engagement Develop communication strategies tailored to different stakeholder populations. Translate technical concepts, project changes, and system impacts into clear, practical messaging for nontechnical audiences. Create executive presentations, employee communications, FAQs, newsletters, project updates, intranet content, talking points, and other communication materials. Build stakeholder maps and engagement strategies for impacted departments and user groups. Partner with project sponsors and organizational leaders to communicate upcoming changes and expectations. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, focus groups, listening sessions, and feedback sessions. Gather employee and stakeholder feedback and incorporate insights into change and communication strategies. Coordinate communication activities across technical teams, business stakeholders, leadership, and communications partners. Training, Learning & User Enablement Conduct training-needs assessments for new technologies, applications, processes, and workflows. Develop end-user training strategies and learning plans. Create user guides, quick-reference materials, job aids, presentations, FAQs, and digital learning resources. Facilitate instructor-led training, workshops, system demonstrations, and end-user enablement sessions. Support onboarding and transition activities associated with new technology solutions. Partner with technical subject-matter experts to turn complex functionality into understandable user education. Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on participation, feedback, and adoption outcomes. Adoption Analytics & Readiness Measurement Establish metrics for organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, training effectiveness, and technology adoption. Develop surveys and other feedback mechanisms to measure user readiness and sentiment. Analyze participation data, survey results, stakeholder feedback, and available technology usage metrics. Build reports, dashboards, and recommendations that communicate adoption progress and areas requiring additional intervention. Identify user populations or departments experiencing adoption challenges and recommend targeted solutions. Document lessons learned and continuously improve change management tools, templates, and practices. Project & Transformation Support Manage change management deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives. Partner closely with project managers, business analysts, IT teams, department leaders, vendors, and other stakeholders. Maintain change-management schedules, communication calendars, training plans, stakeholder trackers, and adoption documentation. Identify communication, training, stakeholder, or readiness issues before they become implementation risks. Support technology implementations through proactive planning, coordination, facilitation, and issue resolution.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
