Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for an Insurance Rater. The Insurance Rater will be responsible for accurately evaluating and calculating insurance premiums, preparing rate quotations, and assisting clients with inquiries about their policies. This role involves collaborating with insurance agents, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and maintaining precision and efficiency in the rating process. Exceptional customer service will be a key component of daily responsibilities, supporting a positive client experience.
Qualifications: Knowledge and experience in Insurance, Insurance Sales, and Insurance Brokerage Understanding of Finance-related terminology and principles Strong Customer Service skills with excellent communication abilities Precise attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Proficiency with insurance rating tools or software is a plus Experience in data analysis or related fields is beneficial High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a relevant field is a plus
