About the role
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Assist in analyzing market data to inform category strategies.
- Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and product performance metrics. Assist in generating reports and presentations for the Category Management team.
- Category Strategy Support: Assist in the development and implementation of category strategies to optimize product assortments and maximize profitability.
- Project Assistance: Participate in special projects related to category management, including new product launches, and promotional activities.
- Internship project to include:
- Operate in a global teaming model
- Supporting current products and launching new products in a diverse product portfolio
- Actively participate in optimizing pricing and channel strategy by region to compete globally
- Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.
- The ability to coordinate numerous projects in a professional and ethical manner
- Previous experience in manufacturing setting preferred
- Working knowledge of appropriate engineering principles.
- Must be a self-starter capable of working both independently, as well as part of a team
- Must be willing to work more than 40 hours per week periodically to complete the job

We value the importance for interns to understand their progress and areas for improvement. The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $27.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate offered will vary depending on multiple factors including year in school/credits earned, degree, job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
