About the role

Managing the clinical AI and technology portfolio, the full-time Senior Advisor, Clinical AI & Technology Program Execution will oversee program management processes from intake through execution, ensuring alignment across stakeholders in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Execute the clinical AI and technology portfolio management process, including intake, prioritization, and execution oversight Create and maintain a transparent view of clinical AI and technology opportunities, tracking progress, risks, and decisions Prepare governance materials for leadership decisions, ensuring clear communication of portfolio updates and required actions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, program management, or complex enterprise initiatives Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple interdependent workstreams in a matrixed organization Experience with portfolio governance, integrated planning, and risk management Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills
