This role manages phone calls, schedules appointments, and coordinates service requests between customers and field technicians. Responsibilities include maintaining organized records, processing invoices, updating customer information, and assisting with basic bookkeeping or data entry. The Administrative Assistant also prepares documents, handles mail and email correspondence, and supports executives with administrative tasks and calendar management. The role requires consistent customer service, clear communication, and collaboration with the office and field teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, data entry, and file management.Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and team members.Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance experience or comparable support experience for managers or business owners.Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools) and comfort learning new systems is beneficial.Prior experience in a service-based or trades-related business (e.g., plumbing, HVAC, construction) is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training or coursework is an advantage.
