Job Description: Superior Groundcover is hiring! We specialize in the placement of materials such as mulches, soil, aggregates and sand, using Slinger trucks and various other equipment. Job duties would include: Operating a Slinger truck with remote control and hauling aggregates and other materials to job sites. Operating a shovel and come a long to level aggregates. Self motivation and accountability to maintain a high level of quality at a steady pace. Ability to learn new skills as we train you to operate our specialized equipment. We are looking for someone who wants to learn to operate our equipment and grow with the company. Self motivated, team players that take pride in their work. People who want to be part of a company that recognizes their hard work, dedication, attention to detail and a positive attitude. Superior Groundcover always promotes from within. Our team is comprised of a group of hardworking, like minded people, that can count on one another. It's much easier to accomplish things when everyone is working together to achieve the same goal. Ideal candidates should possess the following: Self motivation and Accountability Leadership and Team working skills A desire to succeed based on your performance The ability to obtain a CDL, pass a MDOT physical and background check
