Who We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a hands-on, motivated leader to help run our Brookfield store and support a great team. Retail experience is not required, but it’s helpful. Leadership potential and a willingness to learn are essential, along with initiative, strong organizational skills, and a dependable work ethic. This is an on-site role. Core Purpose Work alongside the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, support the team, and help drive sales and profitability while learning how to run a successful retail business. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily store operations and motivate team members. Manage inventory flow and merchandising using business reports. Assign and manage team members to keep the sales floor organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing. Identify operational challenges and help implement effective solutions.
Qualifications: Strong initiative, work ethic, and organizational skills. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required. A willingness to learn, take responsibility, and support the team is essential.
