Job Summary: Working in Undergraduate Admissions and collaborating with academic departments and other university offices, the Assistant Director for Enrollment Experiences leads, guides and supports on-campus recruitment and conversion experiences for prospective and enrolling students, to ensure a positive experience and contribute to UNK's enrollment objectives. Conceptualizes and coordinates with campus partners to plan, prepare for and execute special admissions events and experiences that involve prospective and incoming students, and leads/carries out new and established Admissions campus events such as New Student Enrollment and Admitted Student Day. Establishes annual calendar and promotion timeline for campus enrollment events. Delivers recruitment presentations to a variety of audiences during recruitment and enrollment events. Plans, develops and implements pre- and post-event communications, registration and other logistics through CRM, using variety of communication modes and methods. Coordinates or supports event planning including rooms, catering, materials, agendas, program-development, parking, wayfinding and other logistics. Evaluates/assesses event and participant outcomes, tracks and reports data through reports and dashboards. This position reports to the Director of Admissions and is part of the Admissions events and visits team.
Additional Info
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field with two years of event management experience Excellent communication, management and problem solving skills. Ability to interact with and lead individuals and groups with confidence and precision.
