About the role
Klutch MFM is a recruiting company representing a growing client in the 3PL, freight, and parcel industry. We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to build and grow their own book of business. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on outbound prospecting, closing new customers, and developing long-term accounts.
What You’ll Do:
Prospect through cold calling, email, networking, and other outbound strategies Build relationships with business decision-makers Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close Build and grow your own book of business Manage existing accounts and identify expansion opportunities Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently hit revenue goals
What We’re Looking For:
Proven B2B sales and business development experience Experience owning a full sales cycle Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting Competitive, motivated, and relationship-driven Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage a territory Degree preferred Competitive/athletic backgrounds encouraged This role is best suited for experienced sales professionals, not recent graduates. Compensation$60K base Uncapped commission Significant earning potential Fully remote
