Skilled in maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing high-speed corrugators, and material handling systems. Committed to maximizing equipment uptime while ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable production operations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily corrugator operations with a strong focus on safety, productivity, quality, and on-time production. Develop and motivate production teams through hands-on leadership, training, coaching, and accountability. Drive quality and efficiency improvements while reducing waste, downtime, and production losses. Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Production teams to troubleshoot issues and maximize equipment performance.
