Role Overview: Chick-fil-A North Valley is hiring managers for two distinct teams: Kitchen and Hospitality. Every manager is held to the same character standard, though experience and skill requirements vary by team. This is a full-time, on-site role (35–42 hours/week) located at either our Deer Valley location (3001 W. Agua Fria Fwy.) or Norterra location (2575 W.   • Hospitality Manager (Early Career Track) Ideal Qualifications
  • At least 1-3 Years of professional work experience
  • Seeking mentorship, high challenge, and hands-on business experience early in your career.
  • Energized by high-volume service and passionate about guest interaction.
Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities: Shift Leadership: Lead and coach the hospitality team during peak hours, making real-time decisions to safeguard the guest experience. Team Development: Develop team members through actionable feedback, coaching, and clear accountability. Business Operations: Learn how a multi-million-dollar business operates, mastering operational, conflict-resolution, and leadership skills.
Kitchen Manager (Experienced Career Track): Ideal Qualifications 1-3 years of experience running shifts in a restaurant or retail operation. Proven experience leading teams through high volume, including, training and accountability. Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards (ServSafe Manager certification preferred).Hands-on experience with inventory management, ordering, waste control, and food/labor cost targets. Responsibilities & GoalsShift Leadership: Lead and coach the kitchen team during peak hours, making real-time decisions to safeguard the guest experience. Kitchen Operations: Manage prep, production planning, equipment, food safety, and sanitation standards. Cost & Inventory Management: Oversee inventory, ordering, and waste reduction to achieve food and labor financial targets. Leadership Development: Train kitchen team members and mentor emerging kitchen leaders for growth.
Compensation & Benefits: Starting Base Pay: $20.50-$21.50/hour for Managers; Pay raise to follow after a 60-day training period
