What You’ll Do:
As an RBT, you will work directly with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, teaching communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills, and supporting the reduction of behaviors that may interfere with independence, safety, or learning.
RBTs are also responsible for collecting accurate data, completing session documentation, following Behavior Intervention Plans, participating in supervision and competency checks, and maintaining professional communication with families, schools, BCBAs, and other members of the treatment team.
What We’re Looking For:
Applicants should be reliable, professional, receptive to feedback, and passionate about helping children and families achieve meaningful progress. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and hold, or be eligible to obtain, an active Registered Behavior Technician credential through the BACB.
Reliable transportation is required, as services may occur across home, school, and community locations.
