What You'll Do: Welcome every customer with a smile Process purchases quickly and accurately Answer customer questions in person and over the phone Help customers find products or connect them with the right team member Keep the checkout area clean and organized Support your teammates during busy times Represent Norfolk with professionalism and a positive attitude
What We're Looking For: You might be a great fit if you: Enjoy helping people Stay calm when things get busy Are dependable and show up ready to work Pay attention to details Like working as part of a team Communicate well with customers and coworkers Requirements: 1+ year of cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred Basic computer and math skills Comfortable using a POS/register system Hardware or home improvement experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person with a great attitude.
