About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Maple Grove, Minnesota. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to support business decision-making, operational performance, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and proven experience in market forecasting, trend analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to support leadership decision-making.
  • Use advanced Excel functions to manipulate, summarize, and analyze data, including: PivotTables and PivotChartsXLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFSNested IF statements
  • Power QueryData validation
  • Conditional formatting
  • Advanced formulas and financial/statistical functions
  • Build and refine market forecasting models to project sales, demand, revenue, and business trends.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver meaningful analysis.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations based on findings.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reporting systems. Present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and business-friendly manner.
  • Support budgeting, planning, and strategic initiatives through data-driven forecasting and scenario analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and increase efficiency through automation and best practices.
