Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build relationships. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales and meet targets. Ability to adapt to changing customer preferences and market trends. Basic knowledge of automotive industry terminology, vehicle features, and financing options. Tech-savviness to navigate computer systems and other sales tools. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
