You Have: Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in AV/LV. Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.
Your Location: Our Office: 2010 Thomas St Hollywood, FL 33020
Projects are located in the surrounding area
Your Schedule: Full Time (40hrs/Wk) – We do not short your hours!!!
Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm

Your Contribution to HEDSouth Primary Point of Contact: Client, In-House Staff, Other Trades, GC, Architect, Rep
Scope of Work: Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed
Project Timeline/Scheduling: Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources
Project Profitability: Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors
Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third parties
Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations
Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team
Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
Status updates in Project Management Software (iPoint) at all times.
Environment: Work on construction sites with situational awareness
