About the role
YIBI Precision develops and manufactures precision metal components with a focus on dimensional consistency, process stability, surface quality, and scalable production. We are looking for a Production Engineer to support daily manufacturing operations and drive improvements in productivity, quality, and process reliability.
Responsibilities:
Support daily production and resolve manufacturing-related technical issues. Monitor process performance and identify causes of production instability. Optimize manufacturing methods, process parameters, and work instructions. Improve production yield, efficiency, and output. Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring manufacturing issues. Support engineering changes and process improvement activities. Participate in new product introduction and production ramp-up. Work with quality teams on corrective and preventive actions. Maintain manufacturing documentation and process standards. Support productivity and manufacturing cost improvement projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience in production engineering or manufacturing engineering. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations. Ability to analyze technical problems and develop practical solutions. Experience with process control and engineering documentation. Experience with precision metal components is preferred.
