About the role
The Clinical Operations & Education Coordinator is responsible for improving the quality, efficiency, consistency, and professionalism of all clinical operations through staff education, workflow development, competency assessment, quality improvement, and daily operational oversight. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for coaching and developing clinical staff while actively monitoring patient flow, room utilization, provider support, and compliance with organizational policies. The position reports directly to the Director of Nursing.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required· Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.· Minimum three years of ambulatory clinical experience.· Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, preceptor, or training experience.· Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.· Strong organizational and time management abilities.· Comfortable learning and utilizing technology to improve clinical operations.· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Electronic Medical Records.
