About the role

Chevron is seeking a Shift Team Lead to manage a 24/7 operating crew at the El Segundo Refinery. You will prioritize resources, execute daily operating plans, and coordinate with other areas to drive profitability while upholding safety and environmental standards. The role requires 10+ years in refining ops (or 5+ with a technical background), and a 12-hour rotating shift. Location is within 50 miles of El Segundo; a valid driver's license is required.
